Absolutely being rude and irresponsible from Tiong, my partner sent MOT-100 oven to Tiong in August 2021 and bare in mind that this is the third time same issue occurred. The product warranty will be ended by Nov 2021. Tiong claims that Milux HQ sent faulty Thermostat every single time until he could not fix it permanently. He did not solved the issues and yet condemned my partner that she is being nuisance. We would like to have a detailed explanation on is it happens to have miscommunication between Milux and Authorized Contractor. It is being very frustrated as it affects my partner's operation. This is very unprofessional from both Milux Team and the authorized contractors and maintenance center.
