I went to mydin usj 1 today. Had to use my debit card for cashless parking.Purchased stuffs around rm293. On my return rm2 was debited for parking. All these while , when we give the casher our parking ticket ,we get parking at rm1.I am shocked. I tried calling the manager,Pn Azlina, and was told to validate our parking by giving our debit card. I think , procedures should help ease customers and not burden them I don't think it's right to take our debit cards for validation. You have been doing a good job all these while and I am your loyal customer. Today's incident has caused dissatisfaction in me. I hope something can be done to rectify this absurd rule. Because currently you branch MYDIN support for ATOME APPS !! WHEN I WANT USING THE ATOME ! BUT SUDDENLY AT THE COUNTER CASHIER INFORM THAT COUNTER NOT AVAILABLE FOR PAYMENT ATOME ?? WHY YOU PUT THE SIGNAGE EVERY CASHIER . WHEN IM MAKE IT PAYMENT TOTAL RM313.45 RESIT NUMBER 6601019000310000434476 . I WANT TO USED THE VOUCHER AND GOT SAVE FOR MY SELF , IM NOT RICH FAMILY . WHY NOT HE HELP ME TO TO MOVE ANOTHER COUNTER ??? SO BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE . BECAUSE THAT TIME WANT TO CLOSING MAY BE HE DONT WANT TO HANDLING . WHEN IM ASKING CAN CHANGE OTHER CASHIER . Hello! Today I paid a visit to Mydin Hypermarket Subang Jaya, for the first time. But I experienced bad with the cashier, as she scan for two time on Minyak Masak Seri Murni, but I just bought for one bottle ONLY. The other items just can be scan clearly, but why does she scan two time for Minyak Masak? Not sure either she just missed or just for her own reason, I don't mind. But I'm fully dissatisfied with Mydin Service (attached together my receipt). She just being talking friendly, but I will never approved if she does make the mistake for her own purpose (indian's aunty) I already email to your Mydin's team, attach together with my receipt.
