Feedback on Poor Customer Service at Mydin (Cashier No. 27) I had a disappointing experience at Mydin Hypermarket on 2nd February 2025 at 2:35 PM at Cashier Counter No. 27. • The cashier did not greet me upon arrival. • She handled my items carelessly, scanning them and throwing them aside. • She insisted that I enter my PIN for PayWave, even though PayWave only requires a tap or a signature. When I pointed this out, she dismissively told me to try again instead of assisting properly. • When the transaction was successful with just a signature, she did not apologize or say thank you and simply handed me the receipt. As a Malay woman wearing a hijab, she should reflect good manners (akhlak) in her service, yet her attitude was rude and dismissive. I hope Mydin provides proper customer service training to ensure a better shopping experience for customers in the future.
